Having an excessive number of banned accounts in a very short timeframe. Running a web bot/spider that downloaded a very large number of pages - more than could possibly justified as "personal use". Automated spam (advertising) or intrustion attempts (hacking). Say, when you have a sneak skill requirement of 80 and have unlocked at least the stealth and muffle movement perks, you will automatically become invisible when going into sneak mode.Your current IP address has been blocked due to bad behavior, which generally means one of the following: What I am trying to figure out now is how to get invisible automatically when going into sneak mode at a certain sneak level. But, both mods need the highest possible sneak and pickpocket skills and unlocked perks to give the desired effect. I have also used the invisibility enchantment in another mod ("Inimitable Powers"). 
Today I uploaded a mod that uses this approach ("Be Invisible"), and now, almost 20 hours later, I stumbled on your post. I found it a bit ridiculous to be sneaking around an NPC without being detected, while I could clearly see myself. If your sneak and pickpocket skills are high enough so that you will not be detected, you should be invisible. Therefore I have taken a different approach. So, if you're invisible and you have no or low sneak skills, other NPCs will "see" (detect) you.
While other NPCs can't see you, they will still be able to hear or feel you and so they can detect you. I have been working on the same problem for quite some time now, but I gave up! I think there's no way you can manage this.
